Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
You are allowed 15 minute grace period after appointment time. Late arrival beyond 15 minute grace period will require appointment to be rescheduled or service time shortened.
